Michael F. Rehill, Esq. has exceptional experience in the Municipal Courts of the State of New Jersey, including twelve years (1994-2006) as a New Jersey Municipal Court Judge in the Borough of Westwood (Bergen County Vicinage) and six months as Acting Municipal Court Judge in the neighboring Township of River Vale. As a Municipal Court Judge, he disposed of more than 12,000 cases (not counting parking violations), including disorderly persons offenses, petty disorderly persons offenses, motor vehicle violations, municipal ordinance violations, arraignments (indictable offenses - first appearances) , and domestic violence complaints and the issuance of temporary restraining orders. Included within that number are more than 700 alcohol and drug related motor vehicle offenses, primarily driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) (N.J.S.A. 39:4-50).

Since his retirement from the Municipal Court bench, Michael F.
